The Triton sophomores made ten threes on their way to a great victory over league rival Tesoro. The first half was a struggle defensively with the Tritions giving up easy shots as they fell behind by as much as ten in the first half. A late burst cut the lead to a 5 point halftime deficit half. The halftime score was 37 -32.
But the second half was differnt stor as the Tritons outscored Tesoro by 18 in the second half and wore them out.
The sophomores are now 3 -2 in league and 15 - 4 overall.
Caiden Donham returned to fill in for injured Ben Hegewald sidelined with a knee injury and had 25 hitting 5 three pointers. Kyle Sroka scored a season high 23 points making 4 three pointers.
