| The sophomore Triton improved to 9-0 with a tournament opening win versus Capo Valley 40-36 Tuesday night. Ben Hegewald led the team with 10 points, but with starting point guard Kyle Sroka out sick, everyone contributed as Coach Eric O'Toner used his entire bench in the balanced attack. The Tritons jumped to an early 13-2 lead and then held on for the victory on Trey Torticill's birthday night. JSerra is up next. |
